Students gathered at NAIT’s North Lobby on August 28 to celebrate and connect with the rich and diverse cultures of the Black community at the Black, Caribbean & African Student Connect event. Created as a space to celebrate cultures and aid students in finding a sense of community, the event welcomed anybody interested in the sharing of culture, building friendships and the pleasure of refreshments beloved by the communities celebrated.
